Returns + Exchanges
First and foremost, know that you are our highest priority. Exemplary customer service is always our goal. So, if you aren’t delighted with your purchase or experience with us, you’re able to return an item (which a few exceptions) within 14 days of purchase or delivery date for a full return. Directions on how to do that are below.

Damaged Items:
If your purchased item is defective or damaged, please send an email immediately to, along with a photo of the damaged or defective item. Once we determine the item is defective or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement right away (as long as we have it in stock). We’ll cover shipping charges both for the return and the replacement. If the item isn’t in stock, we’ll get in touch with you immediately. We love our customers and want to make sure you are always taken care of!

Standard Returns:
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days after delivery to return it. Just email us at, and we’ll get back within 24 hours with return instructions. The item only needs to be postmarked within 14 days of the initial delivery, and we’ll process your refund through your original payment method. If the item is not damaged or defective, shipping charges are your responsibility.

For select items, exchanges can be made. If the exchanged item is the same price, we’re able to process the exchange, but we can’t make any guarantees that we’ll have it in stock, given that our inventory changes quickly.
